Cancellation and Refund Policy

Courses: Cancellations and changes are permitted up to 30 days before the start of your course with a 20% processing fee. Cancellations or changes within 30 days are not permitted for any reason and course fees are non-refundable.

Trips: Cancellations and changes are permitted up to 120 days before the start of your trip. The deposit portion is 100% non-refundable. Cancellations or changes within 120 days are not permitted for any reason and trip fees are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals and No Shows: Trips and courses start promptly at the meeting location, any no shows or late arrivals will forfeit 100% of the course or trip fee. It is not permitted to meet instructors or guides in the field if you are late.

Equipment and Gear: Trips and courses have equipment requirements which are sent out before the trip or course start date. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you have the equipment for your course, this includes rental skis and boards. Guests with missing, broken, or inadequate equipment will not be permitted to participate in the course or trip, and will forfeit 100% of the trip or course fee.

Deposits: All trip or course deposits are 100% non-refundable.

Dawn Patrol and Nomads: Dawn Patrol and Nomads punch passes are non-refundable after purchase. Punch passes may not be resold or transferred to a different person. Unused Dawn Patrol and Nomads passes expire at end of season and cannot be carried over into next season.

BC Ski Guides Initiated Trip Changes or Cancellation BC Ski Guides Ltd reserves the right to change course or trip location for logistics or safety reasons. In the event that your trip or course is entirely cancelled by us, we will provide a full refund or allow you to rebook at a different date. BC Ski Guides Ltd is not responsible for any additional expense incurred due to course or trip changes or cancellations.

Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
